The dealership agreement for the sale of Toyota vehicles in Turkmenistan was signed between Toyota Central Asia FZE and “Beyik Yupek Yoly” company in 2020. IE “Beyik yupek yoly” successfully passed a certification audit in the field of environment management system and health protection and labour safety management system. In the process of audit performed by specialists of the Swiss company SGS, it was confirmed that the existing management measures comply with the high-level requirements of ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 standards. Regarding system operation, auditors noted the full participation of the top management and personnel involvement.
First board of "Silkway West Airlines"
The successful completion in 2019 resulted with the first landing of cargo aircraft Boeing-747 of Azerbaijani airlines “Silk Way West Airlines” at the airport of Ashgabat. IE “Beyik Yupek Yoly” is known as an official agent of “Silk Way West Airlines” company in Turkmenistan and is planning to increase cargo traffic flow through the territory of Turkmenistan using an international global world wild network of the airline company. The global hub of the airline company, which is ideally located along the ancient Silk Road will positively affect the creation of favorable conditions for the development of the international airport in Ashgabat city as a regional transient center.

IE «Payhas Merkezi», which is a member of the Great Silk Road group of companies, through the attraction of foreign investments, concluded the contract on purchase and supply of its own railway equipment in the amount of 200 units. The first batch of gondola cars in the amount of 50 units arrived in Turkmenistan. Other 30 units of gondola cars and 80 units of covered wagons are expected to arrive. IE « Payhas Merkezi » is planning to use them for transportation of petroleum coke, iron ore, and other bulk and inert cargoes.
One of the largest and major oil and gas exhibitions and conferences in the world were held in Abu Dhabi for the period from November 11th till November 14th. During four days more than 150000 specialists from 167 states, including top executive managers and industrial leaders have participated within this event program. Both, companies who produce and refine oil and gas as well as consumers interested in raw materials or finished products participated in an exhibition. FIATA World Congress 2019
FIATA World Congress was held at the period between the 1st - 5th of October, 2019 in the city of Cape Town, South Africa. The theme of the congress is “Where Technology and Logistics Meet”. The agenda of the congress was devoted to new technologies and disruptive innovations, as well as how this affects logistics and freight forwarding world-wide. From 10 to 14 June 2019 in Almaty (Kazakhstan) was held a training for instructors on training of specialists of multimodal logistics centers, organized by the branch of the Royal Institute of logistics and transport (CILT Kazakhstan), which was attended by 25 instructors from five countries of Central Asia, including representatives of the Turkmen Logistics Association. Experts of the Turkmen Association also shared their experience and skills in the field of logistics and transport with other participants of the forum.
The Esteemed President pays special attention to the realization of business opportunities and state-private cooperation. On 04.05.2019, with the active support of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, the Individual Enterprise “Beyik Yupek Yoly”, together with CJSC “Deniz sowda floty” have launched the restored vessel “Balkan”. This vessel is intended for the transportation of dry cargo and containers. It’s carrying capacity of heavy and bulky cargo is up to 3,700 tons, as well as the transportation of goods of industrial projects.
On April 25th, the VIII International Conference “HEAVY CASPIAN” was held in Almaty - this is the main event of the year for all who deals with the transportation and handling of heavy and oversized cargoes in the CIS countries and the Caspian region. Almaty is hosting this international forum for the first time, previously the conference was held in Tashkent, Ashgabat, Baku and Astana.
Exhibition of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan
On March 16, 2019 an exhibition devoted to the 11th anniversary of the establishment of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET) was held in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. Turkmen-German business forum
The Turkmen-German business forum was held in Berlin on February 13, 2019. It was aimed at further development of beneficial cooperation of Turkmenistan with European countries, strengthening of positions of national branches in foreign market, improvement of their export, innovative and investment potential. Turkmenistan was represented by different ministries, along with Turkmenbashy International Seaport, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. At this business forum special attention has been paid to the development of transport branches in Turkmenistan.

On September 5-6, 2018 “Beyik Yupek Yoly” company participated in the Investment and Partnership Forum “Turkmenistan – the Heart of the Great Silk Road”, which was held in Vienna, Republic of Austria.

DHL Express International Courier Service renewed its operations on the territory of Turkmenistan on July 5, 2018.

Re-establishment of transport corridor between Turkmenbashi and Makhachkala
The management of Beyik Yupek Yoly company and Turkmen Logistics Association held a business meeting with the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, Government and the Ministries of Economy and Transport of Dagestan Republic. In the course of the meeting, attendees reviewed issues relating to increase the freight traffic volumes through the ports of Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, re-establishment of ferry line between the seaports Turkmenbashi (Turkmenistan) and Makhachkala (the Russian Federation).
The Summit of International Transport Forum
The Summit of International Transport Forum (ITF) 2018 on “Transport Safety and Security” took place in Leipzig (Germany) on 23 – 25 May. The ITF brings together 59 member countries with the aim to advance and coordinate the global transport policy, and keep contributing to the economic growth, prosperity, social inclusion and provide the protection of human life and well-being, run with modern geopolitical potentials. Representatives of Turkmen Logistics Association took this opportunity to introduce developing transport and logistics sector of our country to the participants and inform about perspective investment projects of non-governmental sector of national economy.
Opening of Turkmenbashi international seaport
Turkmenbashi international seaport is the new motive power for economic development of the country. Multifunctional port-hub with specialized terminals offers new opportunities for expanding freight traffic flows. High potential of the international seaport is going to draw different projects and open new ways for further growing of small and mid-sized business of our country.
Active development of the Caspian Sea offshore and mineral resources of Central Asia resulted in booming of oil and gas industry and associated facilities in the regional countries. This calls for implementation of complex projects related to delivery and construction of offshore drilling platforms, artificial islands, oil refineries, pipelines, etc. At the same time, Central Asian logistics is distinguished by a number of geographical and administrative features. On 26th of Aprel 2018, an International Conference “Heavy Caspian” was held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Turkmenistan’s logistics sector was presented by transport-forwarding companies Beýik Ýüpek Ýoly & Paýhas Merkezi.
Customs clearance of international express mail
In the first quarter of 2017 year, following the program and policy of Esteemed President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, which aim to develop transport-logistics sector, was activated a new project "Customs clearance of international express mail". Parties which were involved in project development: The Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, Turkmen Logistics Association (TLA), the State Customs Service, the Ministry of Communication, Turkmenhowayollary service and IE Beyik Yupek Yoly. On April 3, the new regulation came into legal force.

The opening ceremony of Turkmen Logistics Association was successfully performed on 27.03.2018 with support of the Union of Industrials and entrepreneurs. The major target of “TLA” is to promote the Turkmen logistics companies in their growth in domestic and international markets.

The Turkmen-Korean seminar on “Cooperation in transport, logistics and infrastructure for sustainable development” organized by the Ministry of Automobile Transport of Turkmenistan and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in our country was hosted in the hotel “Yildiz” on April 12, 2018y. On Feb. 27, 2018 in Sevastopol city was held a business meeting including representatives of the city and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. One of the main topic that was discussed is cooperation in the field of logistics and transport. Express delivery of small sized cargoes, parcels and letters – this is the element of service, which was demanded by our market, but has not been studied until the end. Emphatically following the idea of transport and logistics development in Turkmenistan, "Beýik Ýüpek Ýoly" in partnership with the State Concern "Turkmenpochta", established the first and only courier service in Turkmenistan.

On 24-25 November 2017, in Moscow ( Russian Federation) was held a Heavy Lift 2016 conference. Our company was represented by two people Tuliev Igor – the director of project cargo department and Alexander Belyayev – the various projects manager. The conference participants were discussing different problems they have faced with transportation of the oversized and heavy lift cargos, were they also were looking for these problems solutions, and informed each other about huge and interesting projects of the ending year.

ICA - the most reputable cotton association in the world. It was founded in 1842. Is the largest platform for negotiations between the cotton companies and the companies serving cotton sector. The management of the company participated in the meeting, devoted to the 175 anniversary of the international cotton association, which took place in Liverpool on October 20-21, 2016. Along with that occasion, our company received the status of the associated sponsor of ICA 2016.
